• Bake something! - This is the Christmas Marketplace and Bake Shoppe! The Catholic Daugthers run the Bake Shoppe table and we accept all homemade donations. Any cakes, muffins, pies, breads- anything you can bake, we can sell! Drop off for the Bake sale is typically the day before the event (TBD).

• Donate to the raffle - If there's something we're not short of, it's raffles! We have two raffles and one basket sale you could donate to:
  • The Big Ticket Raffle! Each year we raffle off three-five large items that draw attendees to the Marketplace! These tend to value in $300-500.
  • The Treasure Chest Raffle! Each year we ask each of our vendors and local businesses to donate a small item to the Treasure Chest raffle. These items tend to value $15-25 each.
  • Basket Sale! Each year we solicit donations from our CCD classes to create pre-package gift baskets. These baskets are themed after holiday favorite gifts: Game Night! Italian Goodies! Movie Night! Date for Two!

• Set Up: Help us set up vendor tables, tape off spaces, collect baked good donations, 
  • Prior to the event (Time/Date TBD)
• Load In: Help our vendors load in their supplies from the vendor parking lot 
  • 7-9am
• Vendor Support: Help our vendors grab breakfast/lunch or step away from their tables periodically. 
  • 9am-1pm
•  Raffle Tables: Help set up, sell tickets at, distribute or break down our raffles.
  • 7am-4pm
• Cafe: Help set up, cook, serve or break down our Cafe.
  • 7am-4pm
• Parking: Help direct vendors to the vendor lot and guests to open parking to keep traffic moving!
  • 7am-2pm
• Load Out: Help our vendors load out their supplies to the vendor parking lot. 
  • 3-4pm

I can only work a few hours, can I still volunter?

• Of course! Every opportunity has multiple shifts to choose from.

I'm a confirmation candidate- can volunteering at the Marketplace count hours my service hours?

• Yes! Just make sure to bring in your service hour sheet for our Event Director to sign at the end of your shift.
